Communicator Open Steps:

Please follow the steps below to begin the Communicator Open connectivity process:

1. Request an SOW from Fiserv

   1. The initial SOW template from Fiserv focuses on a Fiserv built integration

      1. Sandbox Banking can help provide scoping to right size the SOW with Fiserv

         1. Environment setup model > test a few inquiry APIS

            1. Quick and easy

         2. Full scope model > test all APIs in scope for a particular project

            1. Longer and need more resources

2. Execute the SOW with Fiserv

3. Fiserv Project Kick Off

   1. Kick off call

4. Sandbox Banking shares public key

   1. Request a public and private key pair from system admin using Jira.

   2. Key must be in .pem format

   3. Share public key with customer to give to Fiserv through DRMS

   4. Keep private key

5. Fiserv registers keys and provides credentials

   1. Fiserv will provide:

      1. Organization ID

      2. Customer Key

      3. Customer Secret

6. Plug credentials into adapter config

   1. Set up the communicator open adapter

   2. Validate connection
