Welcome aboard! As you embark on your integration journey with Sandbox Banking, we've prepared this guide to offer clarity at each step of your project implementation. Here's what you can anticipate:
1. Project Kick-Off & Basic Glyue Training 🚀
Our project begins with an informative and interactive session:
Kick-Off Deck Overview: Our presentation introduces the team, details the integration scope, offers insights into the project lifecycle, and acquaints you with our communication tools.
Mapping Alignment: Before deep diving into the mappings, we recommend your team gather internally to discuss mapping requirements, ensuring our collaborative sessions remain effective and concise.
Introductory Glyue Training: Within the kick-off, we’ll introduce you to the basics of Glyue. Our solution engineer will provide credentials, followed by a training session that covers fundamental navigation and mapping instructions, setting the stage for the Pre-Mapping phase.
Weekly Coordination: After the kick-off, our Project Manager along with your Solution Engineer will set up regular weekly sessions to address queries and facilitate the mapping process. However, we strongly encourage maintaining an active dialogue throughout the week. Please utilize the Glyue Help Desk and Glyue platform for continuous communication and updates, ensuring momentum and clarity aren't limited just to our scheduled sessions.
2. Pre-Mapping Phase 🧭
Laying down the foundation:
Template Navigation: Your team will progress through our provided templates, establishing the initial mappings.
Streamlined Communication: Use both the Help Center and Glyue for consistent and real-time interactions during this phase.
3. Mapping Phase & Advanced Glyue Training 🌐
Building on the foundation:
Advanced Mappings: Venture into more intricate mappings that extend beyond the initial template.
In-Depth Glyue Training: As you transition into this phase, we offer an enhanced training session. Depending on your inclination, this training can be tailored to be even more technical, ensuring you're well-equipped for complex mappings and expressions.
4. User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Phase 🔍
Perfecting every detail:
Test Run: For a comprehensive and accurate testing phase, it's paramount that all mappings are thoroughly provided by your team. This ensures that each specific use case, rooted in your product hierarchy, is seamlessly executed and aligns with expectations.
Smartsheet Tracking: It's crucial for your team to identify and document all use cases early on. This proactive approach ensures that what we map aligns perfectly with your expectations. Every identified use case will be meticulously logged using Smartsheets, paving the way for a smooth UAT progression.
5. Production Phase & Project Closure 🌍
Transitioning to a live environment and wrapping up the project:
Go Live: After successful testing, we move to a live system, marking the start of the High Availability Production Support Phase.
15-Day Support Window: For the initial 15 days post-launch, your project's Solution Engineer will stand as the primary point of resolution for any challenges. During this crucial phase, we strongly encourage you to utilize the Help Center to promptly report and track any issues, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
Lessons Learned & Knowledge Transfer Session: As we approach the end of the project, we host a combined session to both reflect on insights and experiences and transition vital knowledge. This integrated approach ensures continuity, preserves key information, and lays the groundwork for future collaborations.
Transition to Long-Term Production Support: After our combined session, we move into the Long-Term Production Support phase. Our support team, now equipped with insights from the project, ensures seamless and unparalleled service continuity.
