After finalizing your Statement of Work (SOW) with Sandbox Banking:

  • Tailored Welcome Email: Soon after your SOW signing, await our welcome email. Inside, you'll find:

    • Secure Document Upload: A unique link for you to effortlessly upload key documents such as your Product Hierarchy or Data Structure.

    • Contact Form: A special form designed to gather essential project resource contacts from your side.

    • Introduction & Onboarding Call: A link to set up your kickoff call with us. It's an opportunity to align our visions and clarify any questions as we begin.

Using these tools ensures we start our collaboration on the right foot, equipped with all the necessary information.


2. Help Center: Your Central Hub for Collaboration and Knowledge 💼

Post sharing your details:

  • Invitation Alert: An exclusive invite to the Help Center will land in your inbox from jira@alphapack.atlassian.net. Haven't seen it yet? Peep into your spam or check in with your IT department; sometimes emails get sidetracked.

  • Dynamic Onboarding Tasks: On your initial login, you'll be presented with a set of personalized onboarding tickets. As you progress through each ticket — be it the intro call, contact listing, or any other step — items will be closed out. This live-tracking ensures transparency in where you stand in the onboarding process, leading you seamlessly towards full integration.

  • Comprehensive Communication & Knowledge Hub: Beyond onboarding, the Help Center stands as the cornerstone of our communication throughout the implementation phase and ongoing production support. It's not just a tracking tool - delve into our expansive knowledge base where you can search error messages, explore training materials, and access an array of Glyue Documentation. This includes specific documents tailored to your integration, ensuring you're always equipped with the information you need.


3. Bridging Networks 🔗

In our preliminary discussions:

  • Network Coordination: We'll evaluate the need for a discussion between our network teams. If a dialogue is deemed necessary, a meeting will be promptly organized to initiate connectivity.

  • IP Whitelisting: To ensure consistent and uninterrupted access to Glyue, whitelisting of your public IP addresses is required.

4. Seamless Integration Awaits 🛡️

As we finalize connectivity with all necessary systems, the next pivotal step is credential provisioning:

  • Reaching Out for Credentials: Once we establish connectivity, our team will get in touch to request specific credentials. These are vital for ensuring a smooth and secure integration process.

  • Core System Credentials: To seamlessly integrate with your core system, we'll need access credentials. Ensure these are ready for a smooth transition.

  • Vendor Partner Credentials: For partner systems like Salesforce/nCino, initial setup demands an admin license for configuration. However, post-configuration, a standard license will suffice for the ongoing integration. Sample:

  • Collaborative Provisioning: One of our skilled Solution Engineers will collaborate with you to guide and ensure the proper provisioning of all credentials, making the setup effortless and precise.


Final Frontier: Launch & Flourish 🌟

As we draw near the completion of the onboarding process:

Discovery Call with Solution Engineer Lead: Towards the end of the onboarding, you will have a discovery call with the Solution Engineer Lead. During this call, the team will work on preparing the environment. This call takes place towards the end of onboarding and leads to kicking off the project with Pre-Mapping.

Meet Your Dedicated Team:

  • Project Manager: Sandbox Banking will introduce you to a dedicated Project Manager. This key figure will coordinate various facets of your integration journey, serving as your primary touchpoint and ensuring a harmonized experience.

  • Solution Engineer: Working hand-in-hand with the Project Manager is your Solution Engineer. This technical maestro will not only map out your bespoke integration but will also provide in-depth Glyue Training. They'll ensure you're fully equipped to harness the potential of our platform.
