You will receive an email from jira@alphapack.atlassian.net to sign up for your Help Center.
Click on the link to access the registration page:
Enter your name and a password and click “Save and continue”:
You will you be directed to your help center where you can click on the request type of your choice:
Request Types:
Glyue Production Issues | Issues affecting Production environment such as Failed Bookings, Payload Failed to Load, Apex Errors, etc. |
Field Mapping Change Request | Request changes to current mappings. |
UAT | Report issues with UAT Cases |
UAT Field Mapping Change Request | Request changes to mappings during UAT. |
Glyue User Access | Request access to Glyue or reset your password. |
Suggest a new feature or improvement for Glyue | Tell us about any ideas you may have to help us improve GLYUE. |
Technical Support | Issues affecting connectivity, tunnels, infrastructure, PCAPS, etc. |
Report a bug | Issues affecting the functionality of the GLYUE user interface or integration building. |

Priority Guideline
Highest | This problem will block progress |
High | Serious problem that could block progress |
Medium | Has the potential to affect progress |
Low | Minor problem or easily worked around |
Lowest | Trivial problem with little or no impact on progress |
Viewing open issues:
To manage issues opened via the portal, navigate to the top right hand, click Request and select either “Created by me” or “All”
You will then be presented with a listing of issues:
You can click on any issue to expand and add additional comments, turn on notification for the specific issue, or change the status of an issue.
