You will you be directed to your help center where you can click on the request type of your choice:

Viewing open issues:

To manage issues opened via the portal, navigate to the top right hand, click Request and select either “Created by me” or “All”

 

You will then be presented with a listing of issues:

 

You can click on any issue to expand and add additional comments, turn on notification for the specific issue, or change the status of an issue.
