You will receive an email from jira@alphapack.atlassian.net to sign up for your Glyue Help Center.

Click on the link to access the registration page:

Enter your name and a password and click “Save and continue”:

You will you be directed to your help center where you can click on the request type of your choice:

Issues affecting Production environment such as Failed Bookings, Payload Failed to Load, Apex Errors, etc.

Field Mapping Change Request

Request changes to current mappings.

UAT

Report issues with UAT Cases

UAT Field Mapping Change Request

Request changes to mappings during UAT.

Suggest a new feature or improvement for Glyue

Technical Support

Issues affecting connectivity, tunnels, infrastructure, PCAPS, etc.

Priority Guideline

Highest

Critical - Issue is affecting production and preventing from any activities from taking place.

High

Urgent - Issue is affecting production however other function are not affected.

Medium

Important - Issue is affecting production

Low

Not Urgent - Issue is affecting production but there is work-around.

Lowest

Lowest priority

Viewing open issues:

To manage issues opened via the portal, navigate to the top right hand, click Request and select either “Created by me” or “All”

You will then be presented with a listing of issues:

You can click on any issue to expand and add additional comments, turn on notification for the specific issue, or change the status of an issue.
