Problem:
The Loan Payment Effective Date (LNPmtEffDte) is before the Loan Issue Date (LNIssDte)

Solution:
You must either decrease issue date so that it happens before the payment effective date or increase the payment effective date to be after the issue date.

Ex. If a loan’s issue date is 22-07-01 and the current payment effective date is 22-06-10, you would either need to make the loan’s issue date before 22-06-10 (for example 22-06-08) or you would need to increase the payment effective date to be after 22-07-01 (for example 22-07-03).
